During our regular office hours, if you have an emergency with your pet, be assured that he/she will be given priority to be seen by one of our veterinarians at the first opportunity. After our office is closed, our patients can be seen at the Ottawa Veterinary Hospital on Boyd Avenue, or at the Alta Vista Animal Hospital on Bank Street. These clinics have veterinarians in the building 24 hours a day. There are no staff on our premises outside of our regular office hours.
